1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Mobile Pizza reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking
- Final payment is due 7 days before the event
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event for a full deposit refund
- Package prices are subject to change without notice
3. Service Delivery
We commit to:
- Arrive 1 hour before service time for setup
- Provide the agreed number of servings as per the selected package
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate within the agreed service duration
4. Venue Requirements
The client must ensure:
- Adequate space for our mobile unit setup
- Safe access to the venue location
- Necessary permits for outdoor/public venues
5. Weather and Force Majeure
In case of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel service. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
Mobile Pizza carries full public liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:
- Personal injury due to customer negligence
- Damage to venue property not caused by our staff
- Delays due to incorrect venue information
7. Special Dietary Requirements
We must be informed of any special dietary requirements at least 7 days before the event. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
